This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for collection, processing, storage and protection of personal data of users of the ZGROUP website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and has been developed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data and its protection. By using the Site and/or filling out forms on the Site, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of personal data on the terms set forth below.
1.1. The operator of personal data is Individual Entrepreneur ZGROUP, BIN 001227501533 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator). The Operator undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of users' personal data and ensure their protection. 1.2. This Policy applies to all information that the Site may obtain about the user in the process of using the Site.
2.1. When the user fills out forms on the Site, the Operator may collect the following personal data: • name; • phone number; • project information (project type, deadlines, task description); • other information voluntarily provided by the user. 2.2. Technical data may also be automatically collected: • IP address; • cookies; • browser and device type; • date and time of access to the Site.
Personal data is processed for the following purposes: • contacting the user to discuss the project; • preparing commercial proposals; • improving the quality of service and the Site's operation; • informing the user about the Operator's services (only with the user's consent); • fulfilling the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4.1. Processing of personal data is carried out using automation tools and/or without their use. 4.2. Within the framework of personal data processing, the Operator may perform the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, anonymization, blocking and destruction of personal data. 4.3. Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or with the user's consent. 4.4. To receive and process requests, contact users and analyze Site traffic, the Operator uses third-party services (messengers, web analytics systems). Only the data required for these purposes is shared with such services. Some services may store data on servers outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. By filling out forms on the Site, the user agrees to such transfer, including cross-border transfer.
5.1. The Operator applies the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, disclosure, distribution, as well as other unlawful actions. 5.2. Only authorized persons obliged to maintain the confidentiality of such data have access to personal data.
The user has the right to: • obtain information about their personal data; • request clarification, blocking or destruction of personal data; • withdraw consent to the collection and processing of personal data; • appeal the Operator's actions to the authorized state bodies.
7.1. Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of its processing, or for the period established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 7.2. Upon achievement of the processing purposes, personal data shall be destroyed or anonymized.
